About IIFM Bhopal:
The Indian Institute of Forest Management, Bhopal is a premier institute under the aegis of the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Government of India (GOI). It was established in 1982 by GOI after signing an agreement with Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad. In 1988, it shifted to Bhopal, its current location, and began its flagship program, “Post-Graduate Diploma in Forestry Management”.
IIFM offers specializations in Development, Environment and Conservation & Livelihood Management. Since the beginning of the program, 21 batches have successfully graduated from the institute and the alumni are working with various national and international organizations, research organizations, consultancies, banks, PSUs, NGOs, iNGOs and funding organizations.
