Those registering for the conference will be allowed to participate in all the events of the conference. Registration can be done online through the conference website (www.c2ec3.org), and facilities for on-the-spot registration on the day of the conference are also available.

About IIFM, Bhopal

The Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), founded in 1982, is an autonomous sectoral management institute located at Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh, established by the Ministry of Environment and Forests (MoEF), Government of India with financial assistance from the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) and course assistance from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA)

The institute offers a two-year full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Forest Management (PGDFM) and a Fellow Program in Natural Resource Management (FPM). Through these programmes, the institute endeavors to evolve knowledge useful for the managers in the area of Forest, Environment and Natural Resources Management and allied sectors. IIFM is a registered society under Societies Registration Act at Bhopal, which currently has 45 members. The Hon’ble Minister for Forests and Environment, Government of India, is the President of the society. 


About C2-E-C3
The Climate Change and Environmental Core Competency Cell (C2-E-C3) of IIFM Bhopal was incepted in the Students and Alumni Affairs Council, IIFM, in the year 2008. C2-E-C3 stands with the vision to create opportunity to leverage on the intellectual capital of leaders, domain experts and IIFM alumni, who have created new bench-marks in management towards sustainability.
The objectives of the cell are:
  • to cultivate knowledge, build competency, share vision and update lessons on
  • Renewable Energy, Socially Responsible Investing (SRI), Development Finance (Climate Finance, Carbon Finance, Environmental Finance, Renewable Energy Finance, etc.), Green Business, Climate Policy and allied sustainability issues;
  • to directly involve, share and synergize with our alumni and domain leaders;
  • to reinforce IIFM’s contribution in producing industry-ready Green Managers through collective learning and knowledge sharing; and
  • to augment IIFM’s impact and leadership position in this knowledge-driven multi-disciplinary domain.
