Manage a team of experts in power converter design, embedded control, industrial design and production management to deliver products in fastest cycle time and lowest product cost. The company is looking for a go-getter working through complex Indian system to produce world-class results. Their product range includes solar charge controllers, solar inverters and smart junction boxes, and being a new company, tremendous growth is expected for them.

Education: M.Tech. or Ph.D. from top-tier institutes only.

Experience: 15+ Years, preferably in design and development of Solar Power Electronics Products from concept to production.

Founded in 2008, NavSemi Inc. (USA) develops power electronic solutions for efficient transfer of energy from solar power sources. The company expanded its operations into India in 2009, after receiving strong support from partners Infineon Technologies, Tata BP Solar and Tessolve Engineering Services to develop products for the Indian market with global scope. It started its Singapore operations in 2010 and moved its Corporate HQ there. Currently, the company has three regional offices located in Singapore, USA and India.
