Role: Lead Flextronics GPO Supplier Quality PCN/Environmental Team to ensure timely distribution of all supplier Part Change Notices (PCN) to global Flextronics and provide additional support to SQS project development teams creating automated tools to support SQS projects. This person will lead the global Supply Chain Environmental team activity to manage and execute the tasks necessary to fully deploy environmental compliance data collection tools to global Flex and our supply chain.

Responsibilities: Personnel management, Environmental supply chain process development/deployment, management of PCN process, and management of SQS tool creation/execution (SRS, Diversity, etc.) as needed.

Principle Accountabilities/Duties:

• Manage the PCN process to ensure timely distribution of all supplier PCNs to global Flextronics
• Identify and coordinate with IT all enhancements to PCN and other tools as defined
• Manage the Environmental Supply Chain Functional work group with tactical responsibility for development and deployment of all identified tasks, training and documentation
• Provide PCN or Environmental training via web or teleconference as necessary to all Flextronics sites globally
• Analysis and reporting of PCN and Environmental supply chain activities as required by Segment, Customer, or GPO Leadership personnel
• Create PCN and Environmental supply chain assessment status presentations as required

Education: BS in Engineering or equivalent

Experience: 4-6 Years of Experience

Required Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated knowledge of Environmental Compliance (RoHS, REACH) concepts
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and lead global projects
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management, manufacturing, and change management processes / practices
• Ability to read, write and converse clearly in English
• Software applications: MDSS, Agile, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3 years of direct management experience
• Detail oriented individual with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable managing time when confronted with competing demands
