Roles & Responsibilities:

• Documentation, Interaction with customers, architects, consultants, IGBC, GRIHA, as required to complete the submittals
• Ensure certification inline with commitment and timely deliverables
• Shall monitor projects on a day-to-day basis and update to customer and internal
• Ensure timely billing and payment recognition

• LEED/GRIHA certified candidates with understanding of green buildings
• Should have understanding of Green certification – LEED, GRIHA, etc.
• Should possess good communication skills and prior experience in customer facing role preferred
