Key Responsibilities:

• R&D activities for development of MiPower
• R&D projects
• Power System projects
• MiPower training for the colleges who purchase MiPower package
• In-house MiPower training, that is, presentations and hands-on training for the people from various utilities, industries and colleges
• Conducting workshops in association with marketing team
• Review of power system studies’ reports as and when required
• Guiding the B.Tech/M.Tech. project students and Industrial Training students Special trainings for the clients, when required
• Research activities for development of software products and also testing the implementation of algorithms and results
• Provide training to client for the products developed by other departments
• Helping the marketing team in preparation of technical document for proposals
• Preparation of research proposals for Colleges & R&D institutes
• Guest Lectures such as lectures at PSTI, etc.

Qualification: M.Tech. (Power System Engineering), preferably looking out for IITs/NITs students.

Experience: 2010/Fresher’s (2011 Pass-outs)

Skills:

• Good overall percentage in academics
• Graduation Year 2010 /2011 from Power System branch
• Should have excellent communication skills
• Preferably only male candidates
