To study and collect data about long-term trends in the state climate and to forecast changes that may affect energy usage, food production, survival of endangered species, and human health and life expectancy many years in the future.

• 3-7 years with Post-Graduation in Meteorology or Atmospheric Sciences from an accredited college or university.
• Ph.D. will be an added advantage.
• Experience in computer modeling techniques is extremely important.
• Hands on experience in development and implementation of climate change strategy action plan to address both mitigation and adaptation issues on agriculture, power, biodiversity, CDMs.
• Six Sigma Green Belts (Green Belt, Black Belt) will be preferred.
• Previous experience of quality system and problem solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of modus operandi of insurance re-insurance sector and risk analysis will be added advantage.
